JUNIOR SPORTS & RECREATION EXECUTIVE

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sports & Recreation Executive located at The Raintree Club of Kuala Lumpur. The role involves organizing and facilitating sports and recreational activities, and engaging with club members to promote an active and healthy lifestyle. The Junior Sports & Recreation Executive will also support sales efforts by promoting memberships and participation in club activities.

Common duties may include the following:

  • Identifying, planning, and leading activities
  • Compiling and reviewing participants’ feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Administering basic first aid & enforcing safety regulations
  • To assist the Sports & Recreation Executive in co-ordination with any in-house/external S&R function/event
  • To assist the related S&R Committee on their activities and issues pertaining to the respective sections
  • To prepare Minutes of Meetings and attendance list for Sports and Recreation meetings as and when required and to attend the relevant Meetings.
  • To assist the S&R Executive/Committees on the preparation for the upcoming activities organized. (eg. Notices/ Entry Forms/ Posters/ Sign-up forms/ Draw-list/ Fixtures/ Event Order/ Activity Instruction/Budget, Statement of Income & Expenditure, etc.)
  • To safe-keep and retrieval of all S&R activities documents (eg. letters/ entry forms/contract of coaches/quotations/receipts of purchase/etc.) for the various S&R convenor when requested
  • To communicate with Members or external organizations pertaining to the sign-up of the various S&R events
  • To prepare/issue Event Order (EO) about any incoming S&R activities for various HODs Supervisors of other Departments to assist in preparation for the event/s. Eg. Sports setup, F&B setup, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, front desk, Decorations, Finance, etc.
  • To check and monitor on all internal forms/letters received from the S&R staff (overtime/ allowance/ leave/change of shift, etc.) and to report any staff related matters to the S&R Executive/Human Resources.

 

Working Hours

Mondays to Fridays – 8.30am to 5.30pm

Saturday & Sunday – Off 

*Your working hours may be required to be flexible if necessary.

Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in related field
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills

 

Remuneration

Salary: RM2,500 – 2,800

Medical and Insurance, Free Parking, Staff Meal
